Terms

1. Purpose. The Harzly Pro code lets a professional groomer or grooming salon buy Harzly products from authorized stockists at the groomer price. It is issued free of charge and carries no purchase obligation.

2. Eligibility. The code is for businesses and individuals who groom pets professionally. Harzly may ask for proof such as a salon website or social media account and may decline, hold or suspend a code when it cannot confirm this.

3. Accurate details. You keep your salon name, city and contact details correct in Harzly Studio. One code per salon.

4. Use of the code. The code is for purchases for your own grooming business. Reselling products bought at the groomer price to consumers below the retail price, or passing the code to businesses that are not groomers, may lead to suspension.

5. Purchases. Purchases are made from stockists, not from Harzly. Prices in local currency, delivery and returns are agreed with the stockist you buy from.

6. Data. Harzly stores your registration details to run the Pro code program and to show stockists your code status. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in and you can opt out at any time.

7. Changes and termination. Harzly may change the program with notice in Harzly Studio. You may close your account at any time by emailing pro@harzly.com.

1. Appointment. Harzly appoints the applicant as a non-exclusive Authorized Stockist for the territory stated in the order, for 12 months from the first order, renewable by mutual confirmation.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are per the Harzly International Price List in USD (fixed at KRW 1,350 per USD). Harzly may revise the list with 30 days notice. All orders are paid 100% in advance.

3. Orders and shipping. First order minimum USD 1,000 (express air, freight at cost). Subsequent orders minimum USD 3,500 (sea freight, flat USD 350). Delivery is DAP to the stockist address. Import duties, taxes and clearance costs are borne by the stockist.

4. Importer of record. The stockist is the importer of record and is responsible for any registration, licensing or labelling required in the territory. Harzly provides product documentation and label artwork on request and does not apply importer-specific labels before shipment.

5. Resale pricing. The stockist sells within the resale price corridor published on this page, in local currency: pet owners at RRP, groomers and salons at the groomer price, each up to +10%; coat care never below those prices; tools not below 90% of RRP. Harzly may terminate for repeated breach.

6. Territory and channels. Resale is limited to the territory. Listing on third-party marketplaces or selling to buyers outside the territory requires written approval from Harzly.

7. Brand. The stockist uses Harzly names, images and materials only as provided and does not register any Harzly mark or domain.

8. Activity. Fewer than 2 orders in any 12-month period ends the appointment automatically.

9. Claims. Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos; Harzly replaces or credits confirmed claims.

10. Termination. Either party may end the appointment with 30 days written notice. Paid orders in progress are completed.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
